Supervision for BCBA and LBA candidates
Part of the requirements for becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) is to accrue supervised hours by a BCBA or LBA while providing services for children diagnosed with ASD. At Little Lighthouse LBAPS, PLLC, we offer intensive supervision for BCBA and LBA candidates, including ongoing training and support during clinic meetings with BCBA/LBA candidates and therapists who provide direct services. We also offer mentorship support to newly certified BCBAs and LBAs who are learning to transition from the role of a direct service provider to that of a supervisor.
